Als je de instructies hebt gevolgd die we hebben gegeven en merkt dat je cultuur niet goed werkt binnen 30 dagen na aankoop, neem dan contact op via het contactformulier of via Whatsapp. We zijn hier om u te helpen bij het oplossen van problemen, want dat is onderdeel van het leerproces! Fermenteren vergt oefening, net als al het andere. Als er een probleem is met het product, sturen we je gratis een vervangend product.

If you’ve followed the instructions we’ve provided and notice that your culture isn’t working properly within 30 days of purchase, please get in touch using the contact form or Whatsapp. We’re here to help you troubleshoot because that’s part of the learning process! Fermenting takes practice, just like anything else. If there is a problem with the product, we will send you a replacement product for free.
